00:08You and I had talked about the potential look ahead for Florida.

00:11We still thought that Florida would still win, not lose the game outright.

00:17No, no, this one shocked me.

00:18I was down in Gainesville last week speaking to the Gator quarterback club

00:23and the excitement down there, the belief they have in their quarterback

00:26and in their head coach, and the way their team has overcome

00:30halfway through last season, they were on a roll,

00:33and they were continuing on that roll.

00:35But let me tell you something.

00:36They played a bad game, and they coached a bad game.

00:39And I'm good friends with Billy Napier.

00:41I hate to see it, but it was a poorly managed game.

00:44It was an undisciplined team that had 12 penalties.

00:48In the last drive that USF had to drive to win the game,

00:52Florida had two penalties.

00:53One of them was spitting on another player, a personal foul,

00:57unsportsmanlike conduct.

00:59The other, a pass interference, gave up 87 yards to the last seconds

01:04in a field goal.

01:05It was not a pretty loss.

01:07Not only was it a bad loss, it was poorly played and poorly coached.

01:11It makes you just worry about where they're going now.

01:16Thank goodness I guess they play LSU because they need to beat somebody.

01:20Not sure they can, but that's the team they beat last year,

01:22and that's the one they need to beat this year, whether they can or not.

01:26Now, last year, Florida stepped up with DJ Legway.

01:30They knocked out Brian Kelly.

01:32That game was in the swamp.

01:33We saw LSU open as a 9.5 point home favorite in this matchup.

01:38It's already down, Coach, to 8.5.

01:40Is it potentially maybe the rebound or the revenge factor,

01:44knowing that they're coming off a tough loss, going on the road,

01:47first conference game, from the coaching aspect,

01:50if you're going to get Florida's best effort, it's going to come this weekend?

01:54Well, you know, after a game like Florida played, for 24 hours,

01:58you just think miserable.

01:59Then all of a sudden, you remember how good the quarterback is,

02:02how good they've played, and how talented they are on the defense.

02:06Their offensive line, they can play better.

02:09So you start getting to say, well, it's just one game.

02:11Let's make sure we get it back.

02:12So the points, I mean, the thoughts about Florida will get better,

02:16but that's a tough place to play.

02:18I don't think they're going to beat out.

02:20They're not going to beat out on shit.
