00:03Na-miss ko lang talagang sabihin yung kapitbahay.
00:06Ako po si Mikey Quintos at magshare ako ng recipe at kung paano ko ginagawa ang favorite kong midnight snack.
00:14Ang beef quesadilla. Madali lang to.
00:21Apat kaming magkakapatid.
00:23And growing up, parang yan yung laging argument.
00:27Kailangan namin pumili ng flavor. Iba-iba kami ng gusto magkakapatid.

01:23Ito ang favorite at secret ingredient ng lola ko sa ground beef niya.

02:32And as you know, mozzarella cheese, very malagkit yan at stringy.
02:37So, yun din yung tutulong para mas maging, mas dikit-dikit na yung ground beef pag nilagay mo sa loob ng tortilla.
02:44Oh, puto. Little bit of seasoning.
02:46Sarap kasi yung sunog-sunog siya ng onti.
02:53Tapos para makuha mo yun, na malambot pa rin siya tapos yung ibang parts sunog.
