00:00How do you balance being a CEO?
00:02That's an excellent question.
00:04Well, first and foremost, I wish I was retired last year.
00:07You know, no one wants to work, but we'll get to that later.
00:10Right.
00:10I have a luxury trade.
00:12I'm very fortunate.
00:14I am an owner of a call center and everyone has an experience calling and receiving calls
00:19from individuals.
00:20And sometimes it's pleasant.
00:22Sometimes it's a nightmare.
00:23But I see it as the art of speech.
00:25There's nothing better than rhetoric and structured delivery.
00:30And when you are in a controlled environment like you with your patients, you can see
00:35patterns and it's a certain sort of focus group that you work with.
00:39Patients, telemarketers.
00:41And so when we do our quality control and we analyze the adjustments of tone, the pausing,
00:48when to use names to ask certain tie down questions, if things make sense and sounds good.
00:55We do these things in order to have checkpoints.
