00:00internet i do a lot of sharing i write a lot of articles we're doing a lot of podcasts now and
00:05videos so prior to even meeting me my potential clients have the opportunity to read about me
00:12listen to me and learn a million dollars worth of free advice prior to even calling me so it
00:21saves me a lot of time on my phone calls we're almost starting off on third base and really
00:26what it is is more deductive reasoning where they will tell me 10 things and i will write it down
00:32and i'll be the second one to speak i will answer each one in a fourth right way to see if i am
00:38or not able to fulfill their needs and make a suggestion and then i will always add one or two
00:42more additional points that they didn't ask about before to not just establish my credibility but to
00:49let them know the extensive and the depth of what i have here in regards to my experience that would
00:56be worth that one or two extra dollars an hour but as i mentioned before i like people that have
01:02systems in place where i can plug and play if they've been doing it for years then i do have
01:08metrics i can compare to and the amount of calls they make in the average talk time and wrap up time if
01:13there's no one in the average talk time for me and i do have a part of my opinion that they think that they
01:22have a lot of time before i think i will put them down and do some of the pamphlets that would multiply
01:25in the average talk or in the average talk to them that they can't do well up when they have a lot of time
01:29for sure so i will play with them and then they have a lot of time to give up and look at what's up to the
