00:08Right. Right. I love that. Yeah, that's a great. And that there's a lot of science to that.
00:12And I could tell you you're well researched when it comes to that whole science of from the beginning to the end of that conversation.
00:20And I love that when you hire an agent on. Are they know I know a lot of it is putting the right people in the right seats.
00:29So do you have a certain kind of filter, personality test, things like that?
00:35Are you are you filtering them at the beginning from that or are you coming in and you completely retraining them?
00:42So do they already have what already you need and then you're you're nurturing that or are you taking them completely blank and bringing them in and retraining them?
