00:23technique it's when somebody asks you a question sometimes they might have a negative tone

00:42question but you can't say that every time you got to switch up the excellent question with i'm glad
00:46you brought that up you know right and then i'll repeat the question to show active listening and
00:51then send it back as a positive answer and so this could be done six to ten times on a phone call
