00:00And that's kind of what's going to make the difference in today, day and age when all this AI and all these things that are being created.
00:05So we're going to be able to make, you know, what's made by a machine and what's actually comes from us, you know.
00:11So those little things, the little details, right?
00:13I agree 100 percent. It's made an interesting difference in our industry.
00:18You know, the call center is that they're good for gathering, for the chat, the email support.
00:23And you and I will always be there when they press zero and need to speak with somebody because there is that uncanny valley.
00:29The moment that these robots get too much human like, it's just going to freak us out.
00:33We're not going to like it. And so I see that happening.
