00:00We sort of know, like, am I in a bad culture or am I in a good culture?
00:04Good culture has the basic parameters.
00:08We know what our values are.
00:10Maybe we like the people we work with.
00:13You know, our boss isn't a jerk or the CEO isn't a jerk.
00:16Like, that kind of gets us into the good realm.
00:19And I think the problem is, is that people stop there.
00:22But Toyota Corolla is a good car.
00:24It's totally fine.
00:25But if you went and sat in a, I don't know, five series Mercedes or a McLaren or like whatever your dream car, you get into that thing and you're like, oh, okay, there is another place we can go here.
00:36And I think that's, that's a challenge I face all the time is that people will live in mediocrity.
00:42They will live in that this is good enough kind of space.
00:46And it's usually because they just don't know how much better it can be.
