Leviticus 23:1, 4–11, 15–16, 27, 34b–37 sets forth the Lord’s appointed feasts and holy convocations. Enter this calendar of grace with reverence and obedience.
The Sabbath crowns the week. Passover and Unleavened Bread recall deliverance. Firstfruits offers the first sheaf in gratitude. We count seven full weeks to the fiftieth day, the Feast of Weeks. The Day of Atonement calls to humble our souls. The Feast of Booths celebrates faithful pilgrimage. Each time is sacred. Each assembly belongs to the Lord. Worship is not random. God Himself sets the rhythm. He teaches rest. He teaches remembrance. He calls for offerings that spring from thankful hearts. These statutes endure through generations. They shape a people who listen and obey.
