IN A QUEST to look like an 'Instagram filter', Manchester-based influencer Levi Jed Murphy has splurged over £30,000 on plastic surgery, including a nose job, temple lift and two rounds of lip lift. Levi said: "I just enjoy getting surgery," Levi said. "I'm always looking to get more. And I kind of over analyse my face and then I'm like, Oh my God, I need to get that done." Today Levi is travelling to Turkey to get a fresh round of procedures - but this time, he has convinced his boyfriend, Cameron, to go under the knife as well. Cameron, who has always been the voice of worry and reason, has changed his mind towards surgery after seeing Levi's results. "I feel better that Cameron can get surgery at the same time so we can recover together," Levi added. "And we can have couple Instagram pictures to get even more clout and attention."

01:33I was a little bit wary thinking that he obviously could ruin his face, there's obviously like medical risk as well.

04:22There's my alarm if I need the nurses, which thankfully so far I have not.
04:26I definitely was on some kind of pain care or something because it's now wearing off
04:32and I couldn't feel pain.
04:33I'm sure you can kind of see my whole head just feels a bit swollen.

04:46I feel as refreshed as I ever feel.

04:54It does make a difference getting it done in another country as well though.
04:57Like just obviously when they speak in Turkish because I don't speak a word of Turkish.

05:03And then they spoke for like five minutes in Turkish.

05:05And it wasn't fine.
05:06And then you can tell by the tone of voice that they didn't think it was fine.

05:13I don't know really.
05:14She obviously was apprehensive about us going for surgery in the first place.
05:19But I think she'll be happy for me because like I got the results I wanted.

05:43Obviously, I'm a bit cautious that of the healing process for him as well as obviously

06:16So the filler treatment that I've just had went really well.

07:36The surgery Levi's had to change his eyes, I was not happy with at all.
07:41And I still think he's mad for having it done, basically.
