Kayley Abbott, 36, from Derbyshire, flew to Lithuania for eyelid surgery and a nose job ahead of her September wedding.  Spending £4,350 on both procedures, the self-employed beautician said her “hooded eyes” had made wearing makeup difficult.  “It sounds dramatic, but it really has changed my life,” she said. Kayley praised the care she received and shared her journey on TikTok.  She added: “It’s not just vanity — I feel like myself again.”  Her fiancé Simon supported her throughout the trip.

00:00So I'm two weeks post-op, septoplasty, rhinoplasty, and upper blepharoplasty, all the plasties.

00:20And to be honest with you, I just want to know when my bogey's going to go back to normal.

00:23I can't breathe. I can breathe. I can breathe a little bit through this one, not through this one.

00:30That's the most annoying thing. But yeah, quick update. Bruising. Still quite bruised.

00:37All around here. Still here. A bit here. My eyes have gone a bit red.

00:42That's since the stitches have come out. They're a little bit tight, but I just keep moisturising them.

00:47And then from next week, I've been told I can put the little scar cream on.

00:52And then obviously, the nose is extremely swollen. Very swollen.

00:58So it's hard to tell what it's going to look like.

01:00But yeah, haven't really spoken about the upper bleph side of things.

01:05It's changed my life. Two weeks. It's only been two weeks and it's already changed my life.

01:10Like, I just look younger, fresher, more awake.

01:14I can't wait to try and put some makeup on now. I don't have, like, saggy skin.

01:19And yeah, if you're thinking about it, just do it.

01:25Having my upper blepharoplasty has literally changed my life.

01:29I'm four weeks post-op. It's taken years off me.

01:41As I got older and older, I was just gaining more and more excess skin.

01:47And it was kind of, like, covering the outer corner of my eyes.

01:51Botox didn't help the issue either.

01:54These are my scars. They're quite well hidden.

01:57Quite well hidden in the crease of my eye.

01:59They are red, but I've been using that silicone scar gel.

02:01And I think that's what's making them red.

02:04I don't know if I'm having, like...

02:05I don't know what's happening with that.

02:08I'm going to try some scar tape instead because they're actually getting redder.

02:12So if you're thinking about doing it, do it.

02:15Because I can't wait to put makeup on this weekend.

02:19And, I mean, ignore the nose.

02:22That's just a work in progress.

02:23But I can't wait to put makeup on my eyes this weekend and see what it looks like.

02:29I've had so many messages saying that my upper bleph is some of the best results that people have seen.

02:36Which is really flattering and really nice.

02:38I'm so happy with it.

02:40I flew to Lithuania and went to a place called Fiklinika.

02:46Price was a massive factor in why I went there.

02:48But also, I'd spoken to several people.

02:52And I know a few people that have been and just had the best experience.

02:56And I can confirm, like, I had an absolutely amazing experience.

03:00Would recommend.

03:01My surgeon was Dr. Virgintas.

03:04And he, I think he's the MD of the hospital.

03:09He's been operating it for, like, 25 years.

03:11Yeah, I have absolutely no complaints about my surgeon or the clinic.

03:16And I paid €1,400 for my eyes.
