PARENTS Leah and Q describe their household as "chaos" and their daily lives as "tiring" - and with three sets of twins to raise, it is easy to see why! When the couple learned they were expecting their first set of twins - Major and Milan (now 8) - Leah remembers feeling like her family would soon be complete. She told Truly: "I was super excited. Once we realised it was a boy and girl I was even more excited because I was like, 'One and done! We've got our boy, we've got our girl. Now we're all set'." But just two years later, Leah was pregnant with her second set of twins - another boy and girl. And as if being parents to two sets of twins was not unlikely enough, Kennedy and Kaleb (now 6) were born on the same date as their older siblings. Their four-way shared birthday has become an expensive time of year for Leah and Q, but that would soon become the least of their concerns. Kaleb would later be diagnosed with autism, news that Leah found "extremely scary" at the time. The parents have adjusted, but admit that "the most difficult part is the other children understanding" when they have to give more attention to one of their siblings. Just when Leah and Q felt in control of everything, they discovered Leah was pregnant again - and she had concerns: "I didn't know if that was something we could handle as a family, adding two more babies into the equation." Nevertheless, Leah gave birth to twin girls Karsyn and Madisyn two months ago and as she documented the baby girls' arrival into her family on social media, her unlikely family story soon gained a following. However, that following has brought judgement, with many questioning why she has not had her "tubes tied" and others telling her to "sue your husband" - and Leah and Q have had to learn to shrug off the opinions of others. Closer to home, though, Leah's sister Ciana was "shocked the third time" and expressed concerns about Leah and Q's ever-expanding family. So, as she sits down with her sister for some "real talk", will Ciana pull any punches? And will Leah be able to put Ciana's fears to bed?

00:00This gave birth to my third set of twins, and no, I will not get my teeth stuck.
00:03Ready to see sets of twins? K.O.
00:08I don't know how we do this.
00:09Watch out.
00:10Watch out.
00:11People say that I should sue my husband, and I shouldn't have let him do this to me.
00:15You made this decision completely optional, just letting it happen.
00:20My sister is visiting today. She was worried before about me having so many twins.
00:23Maybe she still is.
00:24Starting over with two newborns, why do you want to do it? For what?
00:28Good morning.
00:30Here is two newest members of my family.
00:35This is Madison, sweet baby.
00:38And then this is Carson.
00:40They are officially two months today.
00:45I always match Madison and Carson because having twins, like, I feel like that's like the main thing is you
00:51want to match them.
00:52My name is Leah.
00:53My name is Q.
00:54And we have six kids together.
00:56And they're all twins.
00:58The house is wild, but we love it.
01:01This is my oldest boy, Major.
01:03Oldest daughter, Milan.
01:06Kennedy, she's hiding.
01:07Middle.
01:07She's shy.
01:08This is my middle daughter.
01:10This is Caleb, the youngest boy.
01:13Caleb, say hi.
01:14Look.
01:14Say hi.
01:16Who's twins with who?
01:18Milan's my twin.
01:19Who's your twin?
01:20Caleb.
01:21Do your parents ever mix you guys up, call you the wrong name?
01:24Yes.
01:24My mom says, what's your name?
01:26What's your name?
01:27Yes, I do that.
01:28That's all she says.
01:29You don't know my name.
01:30Yes, I do.
01:32You only know a little.
01:34There's so many of you guys.
01:35What are my initials?
01:37What are my initials?
01:38What are my initials?
01:39What are my initials?
01:40You tell me.
01:41I was 22 years old when I got pregnant with our first set of twins.
01:46I was super excited, and then once we realized it was boy and girl, I was even more excited
01:50because I was like one and done.
01:52We got our boy, we got our girl, now we're all set.
01:54We found out about our second set of twins, February 2019.
01:58Went to the doctor.
01:59They told us it was two babies again.
02:02I was excited, to be honest.
02:04He on the other hand was like, wait a minute.
02:06You know, you start thinking about finances and we got to buy two of everything again.
02:11Maybe we should have saved some things from the previous, you know, situation,
02:15but who could anticipate having two sets of twins?
02:17Four babies, two and a hundred, all at once.
02:20Both Major and Milan, first set, and then Kenny and Caleb, the middle set,
02:25they both have the same birthday, two years apart.
02:28So that was crazy, to be honest.
02:30My family was like, oh my gosh, what are you going to do?
02:33That's going to be expensive.
02:34One wants Elsa, one wants Frozen, one wants Spider-Man, so it's going to be tricky.
02:40I want to go to Hawaii on my birthday.
02:42One wants to go to Hawaii.
02:43So how was the feeling when you found out about the third pregnancy and third set of twins?
02:48I cried for days because I was nervous.
02:50I didn't know, you know, what life would look like.
02:54Is it tiring having six kids, three sets of twins?
02:57It is definitely tiring having three sets of twins, darn right now.
03:03So routine is how we try to stay in control and try to
03:06keep the house as less chaotic as possible, I should say.
03:09It's really trial and error, you know, see what works, what doesn't.
03:14For me, the biggest challenge having two sets of twins is automatically want to compare them.
03:19You automatically want to make them the same.
03:23That's just not, you know, how it works.
03:25They really are their own individual person.
03:28What works for one doesn't work for the other.
03:30Do y'all want to do a TikTok?
03:31Yeah!
03:32You want to do a TikTok?
03:33Yes!
03:33Really? Okay.
03:35Yes!
03:36But let's do it in the living room.
03:37This is going to be our first TikTok with all of you guys, including the baby.
03:41We are the Christ!
03:44So when and why did you start posting on social media about your family?
03:48I started posting when I was pregnant with my third set of twins.
03:52It helped me move some stuff out the way so we can have a clear little space.
03:55I was looking on TikTok and there was no one on any platform that I could watch and like
04:02learn from and get advice from and relate to.
04:06So I felt like I can be someone for someone else that I didn't have.
04:10This is my baby bag, freedom mom breastfeeding kit.
04:14Can you tell us about Caleb's diagnosis?
04:17Caleb being diagnosed with autism was extremely scary.
04:21We didn't know what to expect.
04:22We didn't know what we were doing.
04:24And we found out kind of late.
04:27So for a while, it kind of felt like maybe we had failed him.
04:30Because we didn't know.
04:32But Caleb's not going to do that!
04:35Yes, he is.
04:36Stop saying that.
04:36You have to have faith in him.
04:37The most difficult part is the other children understanding that Caleb is different.
04:44They understand, but they're kids.
04:46So they still want attention.
04:48They still want love.
04:49They still want, you know, one kid asks for a hug and then the next three kids line up
04:54because they want to hug also.
04:55So you do get worn out sometimes.
04:57Close your eyes.
04:59Ready?
04:59On the count of three, I want you to raise one hand.
05:03One, two, three.
05:07Okay.
05:08With our son having autism, finding out about the third pregnancy,
05:11I didn't know, you know, if that was something that we could handle as a family,
05:15adding two more babies to the equation.
05:18I was definitely more scared third pregnancy than the other two.
05:22I think I had more fear with this latest pregnancy being natural than I did the first two being
05:28C-sections.
05:28Giving birth to twins is no joke.
05:31It's a huge risk.
05:32Three sets of twins took a major toll on my body.
05:35First two pregnancies, I had a C-section, so it was really hard.
05:39Weeks and weeks and weeks for recovery.
05:41For the third pregnancy, I decided to have a natural birth.
05:44One midwife said to me, if you've never given birth naturally, then your body won't know what to do.
05:51And I thought that was crazy that she said that because I'm a woman.
05:54That's the one thing that I was born to do was have babies.
05:57I felt like they were trying to convince me that I couldn't do it,
06:01which made me feel more like, no, I'm going to tell them, I'm going to prove to them that I
06:04can.
06:05It went smooth.
06:06They were born 544 and 548, so four minutes apart.
06:10You done working out?
06:12What you doing?
06:13It was tiring.
06:14I'm looking at TikToks, a bunch of TikToks in the comments.
06:18This is the video of me in the doctor's office complaining when they asked, how am I doing?
06:24What kind of responses do you get online?
06:26Girl, like, you did it again?
06:29Again?
06:29You know, you can stop at any point in time.
06:31You can say no.
06:32Some people were like, this is the exact reason why I got my tubes tied.
06:36Went from zero to six a little too fast.
06:39Someone else said, oh, hell no.
06:40Call the police immediately.
06:41Girl, sue your husband at this point.
06:44You made this decision completely optional, just letting it happen.
06:48People are so judgmental, telling me to get my tubes tied.
06:52Like, they pay our bills or, like, they take care of our kids.
06:56Q, how do you feel about people saying she should sue you?
06:59I think it's kind of funny.
07:00The judgment that we get online, I could care less.
07:04I could care less.
07:06It's not, the judgment is not paying our bills.
07:09It's not putting food in our mouths.
07:11It's not, we're, we're doing well.
07:13We're doing good.
07:14Some positive comments we've gotten.
07:16That's a strong woman sending you and your family blessings.
07:19You're so considerate getting each one of your babies a personal friend for life.
07:23And that is true.
07:25I tell my family all the time, we are the party.
07:27It's enough of us, it's enough of them, to wear it with, they don't need anybody else.
07:31My sister is visiting today.
07:32She was worried before about me having so many twins.
07:35Maybe she still is.
07:38Hey girl.
07:39Hey.
07:39Come in.
07:40What was you doing?
07:43Nothing much.
07:44So how are you?
07:45Girl, same old, same old.
07:47I'm doing good, but man.
07:49My sister is big on like mental health.
07:52A lot of moms go through it postpartum and I did.
07:54I went through it.
07:54The first set of twins and the second set of twins.
07:57So I think that was a huge concern for my sisters.
08:00You know, it was like, girl, you're starting over.
08:02Like, are you sure?
08:03So how do you think you and Q are coping with three sets of twins now?
08:08We got our good days and our bad days.
08:10I'm not going to lie.
08:10I'm just learning that men can go through postpartum too.
08:13I'm like, you didn't care these babies I did.
08:16You know?
08:16And I'm like, you don't get it.
08:18You will never get it.
08:19But he gets it a little bit.
08:21He does.
08:22I just feel like when I told you I was pregnant and then when you found that it was twins.
08:26I was super excited because we don't have any twins in our family.
08:29So I was excited.
08:32I still am excited, but I was shocked the third time.
08:37So, real talk.
08:39Are you having more kids?
08:40Like, what's going on?
08:42Girl, no.
08:43Okay.
08:44Straight face, no.
08:45It ain't happening.
08:45Because I can't.
08:46I mean, I can.
08:47Yeah.
08:48But I will not.
08:49But I can't.
08:50How many bedrooms is that?
08:51No.
08:52The car?
08:52The car, girl.
08:53If I had more kids, girl, I'll be driving a bus.
08:57A bus.
08:58I'm not driving a bus.
08:59It's kind of happening.
09:01Nope.
09:01Nope.
09:02Six is my limit.
09:05What do you guys love about being parents to six kids, three sets of twins?
09:09Every day is different.
09:10Dealing with six different personalities, six different challenges, and six different rewards.
09:14We are a little stressed, but mainly blessed.
09:18And this is nothing that we cannot handle.
09:21To the people who would feel sorry for us, don't.
09:25I would feel more sorry for you that you're not in my position versus me being in yours.
09:29Hello.
09:30Hello.
09:31Hello.
