00:00At the end of the city food adventure of our food explorer, Jessica Fausto,
00:07we have a very European dining experience,
00:11the kind of feeling the vibe of Venice
00:14while enjoying the Spanish and Italian inspired
00:18with Tony and Sergio.
00:21So, Tony and Sergio, this restaurant,
00:24you have an indoor dining and you also have the outdoors as well, right?
00:29So, what is the capacity for the outdoor area, the one we're in?
00:34Basically, the outdoor capacity is roughly 50 persons.
00:38How you can see is al fresco.
00:40It's a very good place where you can eat, you can enjoy with your friends, with your family.

00:52Why is it called Tony and Sergio?
00:54They are two brothers from Italy and they have this inspiration from the food.
00:58As they travel also to Spain, to Argentina,
01:01they like to combine these Italian and Spanish dishes.
01:05All fresh food, fresh ingredients.
01:07That's why they call Tony and Sergio.

01:59Way back in Zamboanga, my mom used to cook a lot of paellas.

02:08Yung lasa ng rice na yung pagka-season sa kanya is perfect.
02:14Hindi ganun kaalat.
02:15And also guys, yung mix ng seafoods, lasang-lasa mo eh.
02:18Yung lasa niya, hindi lang siya yung parang nasa surface.

02:40O, di ba gusto natin yan?
02:42So, eto guys, hinati nila ito to three flavors.

03:14Eto'ng pizza metro nila is actually inspired by the Italian flag.
03:19Yung tatlong hati niya is first, yung green part, which is pesto.

03:32Tsaka yung huli naman is the red, which is the pomodoro.

03:36Susunod naman, tatryin natin ang kanilang creamy baked risotto.

04:37So, bottom layer is yung kanilang moist chocolate cake.

04:47Tapos nadrizzle lang pa ng caramel,
04:49which adds a bit of sweetness,

05:25something unique that I found here sa Tony and Sergio is their Italian soda.
05:30I never knew na may Italian soda pala.
05:32Kala ko soda-soda lang, diba?
05:34Pero meron pala.
05:35At iba't-ibang flavor din siya.
05:38So, kakaiba.
05:39At eto na nga, eto yung flavor niya sa baba,
05:42mixed with carbonated na drink.
05:44And then, meron tayong whipped cream sa itaas.
05:47And may tamang way din ng pag-inom nito.
05:50So, you can do it two ways.
05:52Ganito na.
05:53Kung gusto mong mas sweet,
05:54may suspension sa baba.
05:56Or you can actually mix it.
05:58So, ako imimix ko siya kasi ayoko ng sobrang sweet.

06:02So, this is their peach Italian soda.
