Talking to someone yesterday who claimed they didn't have the time to correct some of the mobility issues brought on by their sport. Sometimes, l will try to talk them into the corrextive work so they can see that it doesn't have to lengthen their time in the gym. I think there's a lack of understanding, which keeps people 'stuck'. Case in point, these Hub Split Snatches with a Fuller Barbell Co. 45lb plate. These could be done as part of a regular warm-up with a dumbbell or empty bar with a focus on getting deep into the Split to stretch out the legs and put some quickness in the feet. This could be done at home while cooking a meal with a soup can or during a commercial with a jug of water. Within a couple of days, the legs, shoulders, and sides of the Torso & Hips will feel greased and relaxed. Add a few Sissy Squats in a doorway, and you'll be feelin' GOOD! It really is THAT SIMPLE. Hope this helps! God Bless!
"And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me." - Luke 9:23
