Started putting up Kelly Snatch videos back in 2014. I immediately fell in with the timing needed as well as the Hamstring & Shoulder mobility required. Once you get going heavy, after 100lb for me, it's the Abs that start cramping! Need a lift that concentrically uses the Abdominals?? Try going heavy on Kelly Snatches. You can use an Underhand grip if needed. I swap grip direction each session. Don't grip too wide or your Hip will get in the way....TRUST ME. 😝 God Bless!
