Before morning coffee, some Original Style(OS) Bent Rows with feet together to loosen my Lower Back & Sacral area had to happen. I just used the ~253lb from last night via two Strong Barbell 102,5lb plates on a York Power Bar. No chalk used .Double Overhand Grip. Why feet together? To make me as tall as possible in relation to the bar height, which will be taller because of the larger diameter plates used. Did it stretch out what l wanted? You bet! God Bless.
