Lisburn man Stewart Barbour sets off on 560 mile trek around Northern Ireland's biggest towns

00:00Good morning everybody. A wonderful day yesterday at the start of my 560 mile trek.

00:06A wonderful send off from Wallace Park, Park Run, and then on into Belfast and then enjoy it.

00:12Well, Belfast is buzzing and there were a lot of people there for the Pride Parade.

00:19So we spent quite a lot of time there, wonderful donations from so many people.

00:23After that then headed on out and as you can see last night after 23.1 miles

00:27I arrived at the home of good old Rory and the plan today is to push on now to Bangor, Donica Dee, Malisle, Newt Norge.

00:39In other words, heading on through those towns today and onwards and upwards.
