00:00Hi, good evening. This is Chef Peter Pintov from La Brice Burnvatery.
00:28So, I will be doing a very interesting thing which are pork ribs.
00:36Pork ribs with a barbecue sauce in the oriental style.
00:40Pepper, barbecue sauce, oyster sauce, some tomato puree, 2 teaspoon.
00:551 teaspoon of Chinese fried rice powder, cinnamon stick, peppercorns, and cloves.
01:10These are nicely marinated.
01:14So, you can take a green pan and add some oil.
01:20So, let's put some ribs.
01:27By the time cooking, it's cooking.
01:29When the pan is hot, you can put some oil.
01:32There's a nice fresh pork chai which are cleaned and kept.
01:36So, you can just sauté it.
01:48Remove it in a bowl.
01:49The next tip is to sauté a vegetable.
01:53Add a little olive oil.
01:56As the oil is hot, you can just add some good vegetables, exotic vegetables.
02:01Which are broccoli, baby corn, zucchini, beans, and carrots.

03:42And I'll be vanishing with the coriander spread right on the top of the rib.
