00:00Hi friends, welcome back to cookbook. I am Chef Amit Jaa. Today we are going to do is a tilanga rice.
00:07So that's going to comprise of your saffron sweet rice, followed by a cheese and a paneer rice and lastly a palak rice.
00:17So we are going to start with is a saffron rice.
00:20So now our white rice is already cooked, we will take it off the gas and we will drain off the water.
00:31We have drained the water and now we are going to add saffron colour to make the saffron rice.
00:50We will add, now the colour has been mixed, we will add some, we will add 2 tablespoons of sugar.

01:30Put on the gas for a bit, so that the sugar melts.

01:53So friends, now we are going to do is the second part of a tiramda rice which is cheese and cottage cheese rice.
