Official confirmation on the resignation of the Chief Executive Officer of the State-owned Heritage Petroleum Company Ltd.

He is to, however, work with the new Chairman and Board over the next three months until his resignation takes effect on September 30th.

The company made the announcement yesterday shortly before Energy Minister Dr Roodal Moonilal, during the post-Cabinet media briefing, thanked the out-going CEO for his service.
