Well it was a downpour of speed on day two of the National Association of Athletics Administrations Track and Field Junior Championships at the Hasely Crawford Stadium. CARIFTA Champions Oshea Cummings and Christopher Sammy both celebrated in their own way after clinching wins in their respective 3000 meter races. This is before new champions were crowned in the 200 meters.

00:00We begin with section 1 of the boys under 15 300 meter hurdles, Nathaniel Murray winning in 45.55 seconds out of Eliel Brown and Taijuan Dick.
00:11On to the straightaway. Two hurdles to go. It's Nathaniel Murray of Mercury taking charge. And here he comes. Followed by Brown of QRC. Nathaniel Murray will take this one.
00:29Meantime, Simplex unleashed Isaiah Teasdale in the boys under 15 200 meters. He won in a time of 22.67 seconds ahead of Christian Parks and Josiah Kytan.

01:03At the girls at 3000 meter finals, O'Shea Cummings has saved it late to hold off Anika Bailey. She won in a time of 10 minutes of 35.69 seconds.
01:12But here they come. The crowd goes wild. Side by side, they come. O'Shea Cummings pulling away slightly. Pulling slightly. And pulling Anika Bailey to the finish. And there she is with her usual performance, her dance, her celebration.
01:37Oh, shoot. Welcome to champion Christopher Sami had a bit of showboating as well as he out sprinted Jeremy Samaru in the boys under 17 3000 meters.
01:53Fighting for the finish. Who's going to take this one? A sprint for the final. But Sami has the better of Samaru. And here they come. Sami and Samaru.
