00:00She also had a Vantamweight semi-fight between Marcelo Alves and Jake Hadley.

00:04Alves, 25-year-old Brazilian, one-on-one in Bellator before coming over to the PFL

00:08and won a split decision over Leandro Higo in a tight fight going against Hadley,

00:13a 28-year-old English fighter who was coming off losses in three or four fights in the UFC

00:17at the end of that run for him, all by decision before he beat Matthias Matos

00:21by third-round submission with a Scottish twister.

00:24Not the kind of submission you see every day, but he was coming into this fight.

00:27We thought Alves would get the KO, TKO against him.

00:29He ends up getting a unanimous decision, 30-26 on all three judges' scorecards.

00:33I had 30-27.

00:35I don't know where you really get a 10-8 round.

00:37I don't think there was any round where Alves was just completely diamonding the action

00:40and Hadley was just basically surviving.

00:42I thought it was Alves just doing his thing and it was his world

00:46and Hadley was just living in it, but I was given 30-27 each round with 10-9.

00:51Alves is now 14-4, Hadley now 12-5.

00:54The other lightweight semifinal, Brent Primus versus Alfie Davis.

00:56Davis, the 33-year-old Englishman, was a long-time Bellator fighter.

01:00Got an eight-won that promotion before coming over to PFL.

01:02Beat Clay Collard by first-round TKO with a spinning back elbow and punches

01:07in the opening round of the tournament.

01:09Brent Primus, the 40-year-old American, a long-time Bellator fighter and PFL fighter.

01:12Beat Vinicius Sensi by third-round submission, rear naked choke.

01:16Of course, Sensi was a fight week change for Primus.

01:18He got thrown in there and got overmatched by Primus.

01:21We thought Primus would get a second-round submission and win this fight.

01:24Ends up, Davis gets Primus by unanimous decision.

01:2729-28 on all three judges' scorecards.

01:30That is accurate for me.

01:31I thought Primus took the first round.

01:33I thought Davis took the second and third.

01:35Primus, of course, was just trying to do what he did and get it to the ground.

01:38He was trying to pull guard a bunch of times in that fight.

01:41And it worked in the first round.

01:42And, you know, Davis got taken down.

01:43But in the second and third, he was much more attuned to that, avoiding that,

01:47jumping into the guard, keeping on the feet, picking Primus apart, and beating him up.

01:51I thought he did a great job even getting a little cocky at times,

01:54doing some crazy things like some front axe kicks and spinning heel kicks

01:57to kind of pump Primus towards the end of some rounds.

02:00Davis is now 19-5, 10 of those by decision.

02:03Primus now 16-5 in his career.

02:05And Davis will face Robotnik in the lightweight finals.

02:08Going to be an interesting striking battle between those two.

02:10Phantomweight semifinal between Wetzel and Gutierrez.

02:12Both these guys were thrown in late into this tournament.

02:15This was the biggest fight that they had had and the biggest promotions.

02:18Interesting that Wetzel came in there.

02:20You had that long hair before.

02:21Shaves it for this fight to try to make weight.

02:23Completely bald.

02:24Gutierrez had, of course, beat Francesco Nuzzi by first-round submission.

02:28Wetzel beat Kassim Kassim by unanimous decision.

02:30We thought Gutierrez might get the decision to take it to a ground fight.

02:33Instead, it was Wetzel.

02:34By unanimous decision, 30-27 on all three cards.

02:37All three was mostly Wetzel getting Gutierrez on his back and his page

02:41and working him over from top position.

02:42He now goes to 12-2, 7-by-decision.

02:45Gutierrez now 11-4.

02:46And Wetzel will face Alves in the bantamweight finals.

02:49And then the last fight to talk about, Jenna Bishop.

02:53Shakalakova, of course, Shakalova was the upset, the Ukrainian fighter,

02:56getting in there after being Juliana Velasquez.

02:59Bishop had kind of a thing, just worn out, kind of went to Nabi.

03:04We thought Bishop had the decision.

03:05She gets the second round, chokes the mission, two minutes and seven seconds in.

03:09So she moves on now and she gets to go against the gorilla.
