02:11going against a guy who's been so hot the last eight years in Stotts,

02:14I'm going to roll with Stotts winning that fight.

02:48Right every week semifinal, Antonio Carlos Jr. versus Simeon Powell.

02:51Carlos Jr., 35-year-old from Brazil, is 17-6 in his career.

02:56The former UFC fighter beat Carl Moore by split decision in the first round of the tournament,

03:00going against Powell, a 26-year-old English fighter who now trains out of Ireland.

03:12Powell's going to be taller.

03:13He's going to be longer.

03:14I think that's going to be key against a guy like Carlos Jr.

03:16who wants to take him down.

03:17Those extra, you know, half-second there to avoid the takedowns,

03:20avoid getting on his back, and be able to try to pick apart his opponent.

03:24I'm going to roll with Powell by decision in this one.

03:25I think he does enough to get rid of some of those takedowns

03:28or survive the ones that he does get caught on

03:29and is able to do some good strikes otherwise to take some rounds.

03:32It might even be a split decision or a tight one or maybe a 29-28.

03:37Then we get to the prelim card.

03:38As you mentioned, there's still some fights here we've got to talk about

03:40because that's where all the heavyweights are.

03:42All the biggest boys are down there swinging on the prelims,

03:47You have a heavyweight semifinal between Valtin Moldovsky

03:50and Alexander Romanov.

03:51Romanov, the 34-year-old from Moldova that trains in the U.S.,

03:57Beat Tim Johnson by standing guillotine in the first round

04:00in his opening matchup of the tournament against Moldovsky.

04:13I'm going to roll with Moldovsky.

04:14I think that Romanov is very good.

04:16I think either of these guys would have a good shot at winning this tournament.

04:19But Moldovsky has that championship pedigree.

04:21I think Romanov kind of got an easier matchup with Johnson,

04:23who was on a long losing streak in that first part of the tournament.

04:27Then, also the other heavyweight semifinal,

04:29Oleg Popov versus Rodrigo Nascimento.

04:31Nascimento, the 32-year-old Brazilian, 12-3 of his career,

04:34six of those by submission, former UFC fighter.

04:37Beat Babley by split decision.

04:38Babley was just too small for this division.

04:40Popov, the 33-year-old Russian, 20-2.

04:44Lost a gold star for the title last year.

04:48Wasn't his best performance.

04:49I think it's better than this one and takes the win by decision.
