Lakhimpur Kheri (Uttar Pradesh) – Panic struck a brick kiln site when a leopard attacked labourers. In a dramatic turn, 35-year-old Mihilal confronted the leopard and managed to overpower it in a fierce struggle. The animal, tired and injured, eventually fled into nearby fields.
The forest department later arrived and captured the leopard. Several workers sustained injuries during the chaos.
