00:02And one of the things I love about you is just how you've expanded your brand.

00:05Yes.

00:05And that's, you know, with your amazing husband, but also outside of him as well.

00:09So when we think about podcasting, media personality, actress, influencer, you're covering the whole

00:15gamut.

00:15I can't believe that.

00:16I'm here.

00:16Now, let's talk about why you can't believe that.

00:18Because it's not like you didn't have the giftings.

00:21Indeed.

00:21You didn't have the aptitude.

00:23Indeed.

00:23So where's the wow come in for you?

00:26You know, I think in my mind, I had had this timeline in my head of by this age, I should

00:34do this.

00:35By that age, I should have accomplished that.

00:38And I think women in general get wrapped up in that.

00:41Yeah, we do.

00:42And I realized recently that nothing is ever on our time.

00:48Because whose time is it on?

00:49God's time.

00:49The good Lord.

00:50The good Lord's time.

00:51So I have an experience that happened recently, which is a new opportunity that came my way

00:57that I cannot speak about yet, but you will hear about very soon.

01:00And I can congratulate you though, even though I don't.

01:02I appreciate that.

01:03But that was just a moment that I can't wait to share that particular story because it was

01:09nothing more than God's timing.

01:10And I realized in being still and in being obedient to the stillness, in relinquishing

01:21what I felt like was my time and the way things were supposed to pan out, God literally put

01:28me in a position and I was like, are you sure?

01:31Are you sure now?

01:33And he said, yes.

01:34But you know, imposter syndrome wants to creep in.

01:37I was just talking about that with someone earlier today.

01:40It's a real thing.

01:41It's a real thing.

01:42And Kadeem.

01:42You creep in.

01:43You know what's crazy?

01:44It doesn't matter where you sit.

01:47Like you could be, I don't know, and this is no shade, but hear me out guys.

01:52You could be working minimum wage.

01:53You could be a millionaire, billionaire.

01:54It doesn't matter.

01:55Imposter syndrome doesn't have a favorite.

02:25And that really changed my perspective on things because I've been working to be in

02:31these rooms.

02:32I've been working for the opportunities that have come my way.

02:36So why should I have imposter syndrome?

02:38I'm exactly where I'm supposed to be.

02:40So that just reminded me as I'm talking to you and saying, I can't believe this is happening.

02:46I need to believe that it's happening because I've worked to get to this point.
