00:45and i'm all about growth i'm all about forward movement i'm all about progress that's why being
00:51in a space like this is so beautiful yes you know you have women from all facets of life so many
00:56different arenas so many different spaces coming to this one forum where we can just quarantine each
01:02other and share and and love on and you know peel away the layers and kick back and kiki like these
01:10are the things that we need and i feel like you don't need to rely on other people to give us these
01:16spaces as black women we no longer need permission or validation because we're creating our own spaces
01:22so shout out to kim blackwell and her entire team for creating a space like this and for essence who's
01:27been around for years girl you bet years and years and years he was one of my personal favorites
01:33um who always creates spaces for us to thrive and grow and i think in the intricacies of who i am
01:39being in spaces like this i'm able to pull a little bit from this one and pull a little bit from that
01:44one and pull like these gems just helps to just make me a better person and a better woman
