00:00Here's today's Derbyshire Times video bulletin.
00:03Human remains have been found as part of a murder inquiry
00:06following the disappearance of a woman in Derbyshire 15 years ago.
00:10Detectives launched an investigation last week
00:13following information that came to light
00:15in connection with the then 30-year-old Isabella Zoblaka's disappearance in 2010.
00:20Isabella, a Polish national, came to the UK in 2009
00:24and lived in Princess Street, Normanton during 2010.
00:27She last made contact with family in Poland in August 2010
00:31but despite their efforts to trace her, she was never found.
00:35Searches have been concentrated at an address in Princess Street, Normanton
00:38and have now led to discovery of human remains in the garden.
00:42A 39-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of murder
00:45and has now been re-arrested.
00:48Detective Inspector Kane Martin, who is leading the investigation, said
00:51Isabella's family are at the forefront of our mind following this discovery
00:55and whilst formal identification has not yet taken place
00:58it is our belief that these remains do belong to Isabella.

01:02We know that someone out there will have information about Isabella
01:06that may help us understand what happened to her
01:08and urge anyone who saw, spoke to or heard anything about Isabella
01:13in July or August 2010 to come forward.
01:16Commercial units and new homes are proposed for a site
01:22next to a redundant North Derbyshire pub.
01:25The planned development centres on a car park space
01:27beside the Apollo Inn in Balbra
01:28where the plan is to create three small commercial units
01:31with one-bedroom flats alongside High Street,
01:35five two-bedroom cottages
01:36and four semi-detached one-bedroom bungalows.
01:39A statement to Bolsa Visited District Council
01:41in support of the application by Ramco 1020 Ltd
01:45for planning permission said
01:46All properties are modest in floor area
01:49to attract local purchasers, first-time buyers
01:51and those requiring an affordable option.
