00:12Scott Hemingway sent explicit messages to two underage girls who he believed to be aged 14 and 12, but what he didn't realise was he's actually speaking to an undercover police officer.
00:23The 39-year-old had been released from prison just four months earlier after being convicted of a similar offence in 2021.
00:31Hemingway, of no fixed address, appeared at Derbyshire Crown Court where he admitted a number of charges including breaching his sexual harm prevention order and attempting to cause or incite a girl under 13 to engage in sexual activity.
00:44He was jailed for 13 years, handed a further indefinite sexual harm prevention order and fined.
