Political leader of the National Transformation Alliance Gary Griffith has warned undecided voters against voting for the UNC and their Coalition of Interests.

00:00Speaking at his party's final political meeting before the April 28th general election,
00:06NTA political leader Gary Griffith warned undecided voters about voting for the UNC
00:10and their coalition of interests, saying that the UNC is only seeking its own interests,
00:16manipulating smaller parties and floating voters in the process.
00:20The perception you're getting about this coalition,
00:24the coalition involves several smaller parties with the UNC
00:29and what the UNC has done, deliberately done, is to manipulate it to such a way
00:35that they have given these so-called smaller parties seats that the UNC have never won in their 37 years in existence.
00:42So what they have done is a cosmetic thing to fool you into believing there's a place for me
00:48and there's a space for me in our UNC coalition.
00:51It means that the UNC wants to have a UNC government and fool and manipulate the floating voters
00:57to believe that there's a coalition.
01:00So when the UNC gets their 21 seats, they're going to run a UNC government.
01:05And if that is what you want, fine.
01:06But vote for the UNC.
01:08Do not be fooled to think that there's a space for you and a place for you in the coalition.
01:13So your choice is PNM, UNC, NTA.
01:16There's no coalition inside there.
01:19Griffith then slammed the rhetoric of third parties being vote splitters.
01:24I want to turn on to the comments being made that third parties are vote splitters.
01:30When people tell you that, I want you to tell them, in plain and simple English, they pass on out of place.
01:36Because when you speak about this thing with these third parties being vote splitters,
01:41who gave you the right to say that if I am not supporting the PNM, and none of us are,
01:45because our job, we have seen the PNM as arguably being the worst government the country has ever seen.
01:50So we want to change.
01:52So your choice is between the UNC and the NTA.
01:56And you're saying that, well, if you support the NTA, you're going to split the vote.
02:00What made you go to say that your vote belongs to the UNC?
02:04Just by that alone shows their lack of respect.
02:08He also implored voters to make their vote count.
02:11By you blindly supporting PNM or NTA or UNC, that's not going to help you.
02:18I am asking the country, choose your leaders wisely.
