00:04chicken nuggets I've had them wait you have because so have I and they were the
00:10most disgusting things I've ever eaten in my life well then I've had I've had
00:13different so a hip city veg has the best chicken nuggets I've ever tasted and
00:19there's no chicken okay so this was sort of like it looked like it was dark meat
00:24but it wasn't meat it was plant-based and it had like a breading around it it
00:28looked really good and I was like oh I'll try this right
00:33what is this what is this texture what am I eating so they use I guess it is a town
00:39right the the often used for chicken substitute yeah yeah okay yes and the
00:44Satan actually cooks them but they they're at Casey they're excellent we
00:51actually put them out at a party yeah and people had no idea so we have a
00:55vegetarian living in my house my my oldest is now a vegetarian more
01:00pescatarian but we have a lot of impossible meat in our house right we
01:04do the impossible ground beef a lot and it is it's damn good yeah I love it yeah
01:09my wife will make a and Preston is your Preston's right in the it's not exactly
01:15but the taste I like I like the impossible taste it doesn't necessarily taste
01:21exactly like beef or pork or whatever it is they're trying to simulate but
01:25whatever it tastes like tastes good to me yeah when you're making things like
01:28nachos like my wife will make nachos for you know the household and she'll
01:33crumple up the the impossible burger meat or whatever on there you can't tell
01:38the difference not when it's got the cheese and the salsa and everything else
01:41with it I'm telling you that that that impossible cheesesteak from Wilson's
01:47unbelievable was fantastic unbelievable couldn't stop eating it it was
01:51excellent get me the biggest cheesesteak fan in Philadelphia yeah sit them down
01:56and give them one of those and don't don't say all right you know tell me if
02:00this tastes like meat right just say eat this and does it taste good yeah that's a
02:04difference so somebody who is you know a hardcore meat eater might say this ain't no
02:08meat or whatever no just set that aside does it taste good or not okay and
02:12because that that cheesesteak at Wilson's secret sauce is fantastic what was the
02:17ingredient was it seitan that no I don't know okay I think it's beyond or
02:22impossible I'm not sure exactly what he uses I think it's impossible yeah yeah so
02:26I'm looking at what I have what I had and and this restaurant changed right it so it
02:31was it was one healthier restaurant to a next the next and they had chicken on it
02:38and so they were called chicken chicken they were called chicken strips well now
02:42they're just called strips and so I ordered that thinking I was getting the
02:46chicken and then realized and but it says plant-based so it's a plant-based strip
02:50it doesn't say exactly what's in it but I'm assuming it's similar to what I want
02:53plant-based strips mommy so impossible foods is describing this as having a
02:58golden crispy breadcrum breadcrum oh my god I can't believe I said that yeah I'm
03:05interested in your chicken strips stop it what's that special ingredient
