No Progress update just yet. So says the Commissioner of Police, Junior Benjamin regarding the matter involving suspended Top Cop Erla Christopher.
On Wednesday Deputy Commissioner of Police Suzette Martin told media, the TTPS will revisit the DPP regarding the matter involving the importation of high-powered rifles, allegedly approved by Mrs. Christopher.

00:00According to Commissioner Benjamin, there is still no final determination on the next course of action at this time in bringing charges against Erla Haywood-Christopher.
00:12However, he says it is being discussed.
00:14But we are still waiting on a final outcome of the matter. The DCPI and her team, they are constantly with the DPP and we are still dealing with the DPP to ensure that all that is needed for the matter is dealt with.
00:35In January, Mrs. Haywood-Christopher was questioned at the St. Clair police station as part of an ongoing probe into the importation and procurement of two sniper rifles for the Strategic Services Agency.
00:50The former top cop was detained and questioned for over two days before being released without charge.
