00:00Comment réussir-vous dans le développement de business quand tout continue de changer ?
00:04Voyons voir avec le groupe Go On Group de Real Mosseux en Paris.
00:21Jean-Luc, bonjour.
00:23Bonjour, Alexia.
00:24So, you are the CEO and founder of the company Go On Group.
00:31Yes, I am.
00:31What motivated you to found this company in 2005 ?
00:36Problems.
00:38Or finding solutions.
00:39Okay.
00:39Yes, so basically years ago, I was involved in sales.
00:44And, yeah, it was a difficult moment where I was walking from an experience to the other.
00:53And finally, in the second one, I was successful and too much sales.
01:00Okay.
01:01And then spending my holiday on the beach, not taking care of my kids.
01:06Okay.
01:06And then I was really wondering, hmm, why I'm doing this?
01:10Ah, okay.
01:11Because it was really too much work during, yeah, time that you should take privately.
01:17So I said, hmm, could be a good idea to dedicate time to structure sales, organize myself because I had also requests from other companies.
01:32And I couldn't take it because time was over.
01:35Yeah, we didn't have time, yeah.
01:36You have five days, 10 hours, yeah, 12 hours maybe, and it's too much.
01:42And then also the holidays.
01:44So I said, okay, if I structured this, I can take more business.
01:47I can do more.
01:48And I started to think how to structure.
01:50And that was also the decision to take, to choose the name Go On.
01:56Because not looking at the troubles, but looking at solutions.
01:59Sure.
01:59And at the end, I'm here.
02:01It was a good idea.
02:02So I think structure sales, this was a key decision for me.
02:08And so can we talk a little bit about your offers and services?
02:11What do you offer and for which sectors or activity?
02:15Yes.
02:16So basically, we started to offer to our clients, to corporations, small and medium corporations mainly,
02:23all divisions of multinational companies, to outsource their sales.
02:28Because we develop a clear process, we are efficient, and therefore, for companies,
02:36it's convenient to outsource sales, which is a difficult activity.
02:42Yes, part of the hiring, yeah, yeah.
02:44It's hard to hire good sales, so.
02:47It's absolutely difficult, and so that's what we specialize.
02:52We help, we like to help our clients to generate more sales.
02:55And we have internal processes, we have front sales, back office sales, and then we have created
03:06an ecosystem around the sales, because we concentrate on that.
03:10Our clients, they concentrate on their activity, product, and services.
03:15And we concentrate on their sales, and we try really to do our best to make them successful, so.
03:25Okay, and you also created a platform, right?
03:28Yes.
03:29Could you tell us a little bit more about this platform?
03:31Yes, so time of changing.
03:33Yeah.
03:34So as you figure out, so we all hear about new technologies, but also about new generations.
03:41So our processes also were very much oriented to relationship, creating a relationship.
03:49Okay.
03:49And this is cost a lot of time, and now due to communication channels,
03:54it's difficult to create relationship, because it's a lot of digital.
03:58So we invested in Houston in a new venture.
04:01It's a startup called Xpylon.
04:03And basically, we are trying to even more digitalize our real working process.
04:13And that's what we are doing.
04:14So really, a digital sales process to help our clients.
04:19The advantage is that this is a global approach, and it is not anymore related to geography or industry.
04:26We can welcome any kind of company.
04:29And of course, we are optimizing the processes, but any kind of company in any market.
04:35Yes.
04:35So that's what we are doing.
04:38And talking about geography, you also have subsidiaries, like in Monaco, right?
04:44Yeah, Monaco is the headquarters, yes.
04:46Okay.
04:47And you are based in other cities, other countries?
04:51Yes.
04:51Monaco, it's our headquarters, it's a great place, but it's very tiny.
04:55Okay.
04:56So, and our clients are looking for big markets.
04:59So the main market is Germany, where we have three offices.
05:02Oh, wow.
05:03Yeah.
05:04And then we have UK with London, Houston, US.
05:09Now it's the third market, because the second one is France, related to Monaco, of course.
05:15But the US, it's currently our main target for this year, despite also the news that you are reading,
05:25we are very optimistic.
05:26Sure, sure.
05:27Yes.
05:27You still have to conquer the United States.
05:29It's okay.
05:30Of course.
05:30Whatever happens.
05:31It's the biggest economy.
05:32If you want to do business, you have to be there.
05:33Of course, of course, you do.
05:35So you also founded Xpilon in January 2024.
05:41Could you please tell us a little bit more about that?
05:44Yeah, that's the digital platform.
05:47Xpilon wants to replicate the sales process.
05:52The way we want to do is really to follow also the new generation.
05:56So we see that the communication channels have changed.
06:00Before it was the meeting, driving to a meeting, taking hours, taking time to speak with people.
06:06Now, new generation are even not sending email anymore, are not calling on the phone.
06:11They are texting.
06:13And they are looking to social media.
06:15So, of course, TikTok, Instagram, we don't target those social media.
06:21But we are looking, for example, to other channels like LinkedIn.
06:24And that's at the center of Xpilon are opportunities of business.
06:30And instead of posts related to people like LinkedIn, we create a digital application,
06:37a digital platform that has at the center of business opportunities.
06:41So every post, it's a business opportunity.
06:45And, of course, for users and clients is a good opportunity.
06:50It's a quick way to access opportunity in the market, in the international marketplace.
06:59And behind, there is, of course, AI system.
07:05Yes, taking care of the matching.
07:08And the goal is a deal-making platform.
07:11Okay, so a lot of things are going on.
07:14Congratulations. A lot.
07:15And what can I wish you for 2025?
07:18Well, even more.
07:21More projects?
07:22Yes, more projects.
07:24That's normally for us, it's a turbulent time.
07:30Are good times because company, unfortunately, they struggle.
07:35So they are looking for solution.
07:37And for us, these are times where we can gain more clients and we can grow.
07:43And so 2025, we wish to have more clients.
07:47We are growing.
07:48And so we are happy about that.
07:50Well, this is exactly what I wish for you to 2025.
07:54Thank you so much.
07:55Thank you.
07:56Thank you very much.
07:57Thank you for watching and see you soon on Forbes.fr.
