00:00Ladies and gentlemen, we're still here from Tampa Bay Comic Con, Speedy Jr. here on the floor, and I'm here with the creator of Leaxia, Aaron Pohara, as you can see, we record this live tape, okay?
00:14Aaron Pohara is our creator of Leaxia, and he's here on the floor here at Tampa Bay Comic Con, promoting his book.
00:20How you doing? Good? I'm doing well. How are you? I'm doing great. How's everybody? Everybody's good. Everybody's good. So tell us more about Leaxia.
00:30So basically, this is a book about different mythologies. So think of it like a mythology reimagined.
00:36So you're going to have Greek gods, Egyptian gods, Norse gods, all living together in the same realm, basically fighting for dominance.
00:43The story follows the two brothers, Deimos, right here, and Kronos. They're basically the first gods that got born into this realm in eons.
00:54So as you know, you have this structure, so everybody knows what these powers are, you know, everybody knows, hey, I'm a god of this, I'm a god of that.
01:05They're basically the unknown, they're the X-factor. And if you know your Greek mythology, they're really the gods of time, it's fixed.
01:12And with that, you know, a lot of mythologies open up. So they're going to be interacting with the gods from, you know, Egyptian pantheon, from Norse pantheon.
01:22And later on, in the story, I also plan to have other ones, like Mayan, Aztec, Chinese, Japanese, bring all the other mythologies into the story as well.
01:36It's been a first arc of the seven issues that we're going to have. I really wanted to focus on those four.
01:42The rest of them are in the background that are mentioned, so people know that this made their lives there.
01:51Right.
01:53You know, I just, you can only fit so much in a comic book.
01:57Yeah. So you have two issues out right now, right?
01:59Two issues are out right now. The second one just came in, cut off the presses.
02:05This is all the different covers for issue two right here.
02:09This one is cool, because these two are going to be interconnecting.
02:14These are done by Ale Garza, and there's going to be four of those, and they're going to create once again, of course.
02:23The full arc is going to be seven issues, and that's going to be a self-contained story.
02:30Very cool.
02:31After that, you know, it is mythology. I have other stories in my head, but I do want to make sure that after the seven,
02:38people know about the stories, it's, you know, beginning, middle, and end.
02:43Very cool. Very cool. Excellent.
02:45So if somebody wants to get issue one and two, besides coming today to Tampa Bay Comic Con or tomorrow,
02:51where can they go?
02:53So you can go to alkeonstudios.com.
02:56It's a website. It's a website. It just wants to be, and you have copies of number one, number two,
03:03both in physical and digital formats. So again, it's alkeonstudios.com.
03:11Very cool. Very cool. Very cool.
03:20So, very awesome. I'm actually going to get two issues today so I can check out your story.
03:28Awesome. Thank you.
03:29I like it very much.
