Here's another big name in the race for the Presidency of the International Olympic Committee.

President of the International Cycling Union David Lappartient has joined the race for the top position. Lappartient, who is also a French Politician is one of seven aiming to replace current President Thomas Bach. He believes the issue of transgenders participation in sport needs to be looked at closely moving forward.
