Today we propose to make this wonder yourself! Step by step, we will guide you in the making of this wonderful pastry. Choux pastry, pastry cream, Italian meringue, caramel... Ingredients:
For the base:
- 1 puff pastry

For the choux pastry:
- 1 cup of water
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1+1/4 cups flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 egg (to golden)

Chiboust cream:
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 vanilla pod
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/3 cup of sugar
- 1/3 cup of cornstarch
- 6 sheets of gelatin

- 5 egg whites
- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 fl oz water

Caramel:
- 1 + 1/4 cups of sugar
- 1/4 cup of water
- 2 oz of glucose syrup
