Want to give your Halloween party a surprise right from the start? These pumpkin-shaped cheese balls are as cute as they are easy to make! Simply mix ricotta and parmesan, season to taste, shape into balls, roll in paprika for color, and add a pretzel stick for the pumpkin tail. Draw a few lines with a knife or string and you've got an original aperitif, ready to spread ;)

Ingredients:
- 8.8 oz ricotta cheese
- 3.5 oz grated Parmesan cheese (about 1 cup)
- pepper (to taste)
- oregano (to taste)

For garnish:
- paprika
- black sesame seeds
- pretzel sticks
