Fancy an express pizza ? Try the pinsa! With its pre-baked dough that's soft on the inside and crispy on the outside, it's perfect for a quick, super-tasty meal. Here, it's accompanied by a homemade tomato sauce, soft mozzarella, speck and a little arugula for a touch of freshness. A drizzle of olive oil to finish, a few minutes in the oven... and it's ready :)
Ingredients:
- 1 pre-cooked pinsa (8 oz)
- 7 oz peeled tomatoes (crushed here)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 1 small garlic clove
- 4.5 oz mozzarella (1 ball)
- 1.2 oz speck (4 slices)
- 1 handful of arugula (+/-)
- 1 teaspoon olive oil (+/-)
