00:00Perak opposition leader Razman Zakaria has not been barred from campaigning for PAS in

00:06the Ayer Kuning by-election despite his defamatory remarks in the PAS.

00:11Perak PAS Deputy Chief Akmal Kamaruddin said the issue did not arise and that all Perikatan

00:16national leaders were welcome to help the Islamic Party wrest a seat from UMNO.

00:21Earlier this month, Sinar Haran quoted a source as saying that Razman had been suspended as

00:26Perak PAS Chief following several issues involving the Gunung Semanggol Assemblymen.

00:32These reportedly included his claim that DAP's Segambut MP Hannah Yeo was linked to the Yeo

00:37family of the YTL Corporation Berhad conglomerate, for which he later apologized.

00:43Razman has had to issue several apologies to government leaders over various claims,

00:48including DAP's Ngak Korming for accusing him of being involved in a parade where some

00:53participants had waved China's national flag.

00:57The PAS man also apologized in court to Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim for claiming that he

01:01had condoned LGBT practices.
