00:01Perak opposition leader Razman Zakaria has urged authorities not to grant any immunity

00:07to state executive councillor Wu Kaleong, who is under police investigation over a social

00:12media post featuring an allegedly offensive caricature of him.

00:17The Gunung Semangul assemblyman said he had demanded an apology from Wu, but that none

00:22was forthcoming.

00:23Instead, he said DAP continued to defend its youth chief's actions.

00:29He warned that the state government, led by UMNO and Pakatan Harapan, risked losing

00:33public support if it failed to act against irresponsible behaviour.

00:38Razman urged Wu to resign from his ex-co post, stating that leaders should be held accountable

00:44for their actions.

00:46Wu had posted the caricature on Facebook, which depicted Razman as a clown riding a unicycle

00:51on a tightrope, labelling the Perak Pass chief as Raja Fitna.

00:56Police have since recorded Wu's statement as part of their ongoing probe into the allegedly

01:01provocative social media post.

01:04Wu has defended the post as political satire rather than a personal attack, arguing that

01:09the police investigation threatens freedom of speech.
