00:00I can confirm that I did
00:01it yesterday. I wouldn't
00:04be able to tell you the
00:05time and all of that, but
00:07it was received sometime
00:09afternoon yesterday, more
00:11evening. Secretary Legal
00:13affairs, Adana Joseph Wallis
00:15as she spoke with TV6 News.
00:17Secretary Joseph Wallis said
00:19the THA would respond to
00:21the matter in due course.
00:23Well, we would respond just
00:24as the same way anybody else
00:26would respond to a claim at this stage
00:28is the pre-action stage. At some point
00:30in time we would respond to it formally
00:32to
00:34the attorneys and
00:36we would just let the regular process
00:38take its course. She said
00:40it was too early to pronounce on
00:42the matter. Well, it is
00:44too early for me to make any kind
00:46of pronouncement like that, but
00:48as I said, it wasn't a surprise
00:50because it was communicated in the
00:52space and of course people have the
00:54right to pursue any action
00:58that they think is in their
01:00best interest. The
01:01Jogies are pursuing legal action
01:03against the Tobago House of Assembly
01:05THA, Pigeon Point Heritage Park
01:08Limited and the jet ski
01:10operator who was subsequently
01:12released in the case. Police
01:14are going before the DPP again
01:16in the case to determine whether
01:18charges would be laid. Elizabeth
