00:31The tournament was by no means an easy one, with many quality players taking part in it.
00:35And that's what made victory even sweeter for Balfour.
00:38The level of competition at the Caribbean Bats organization, the Caribbean Cup, is at a very high level.
00:46We would be playing against players like Rashad Sweeting, Anthony Ford.
00:52That's just in the name of you, who would have been persons who previously went to the Professional Darts Corporation
00:59World Darts Championship.
01:01Which is the highest competition as a singles dart player.
01:05Darts being more or less a single for individual sport.
01:10And they would have represented the Caribbean at that level.
01:13So the standard of playing the Caribbean is quite, quite high.
01:18But it didn't end there for the champion player.
01:21That's because Balfour teamed up with Karin Ramchuran and James Walken to become mixed triple champions.
01:26Despite my individual accolades, these would have only been possible with contribution from my team members.
01:34Karin Ramchuran, James Walken are incredible players.
01:38And throughout the tournament, we would have assisted or helped each other in different phases of the competition.
01:46And this competition, or this specific competition, was one where we had some level of revenge.
01:53According to Balfour, it's important to be dedicated to the sport in order to reach far.
01:58But that's not all since he says funding is necessary.
