They have voices bigger than their bodies and energy to rival even the senior monarchs. But even with all the pep in their steps, there could only be two winners.

Taking the crown again in the Junior Soca Monarch in the Primary category was Zachary Ransome of the Montrose Government Primary School,

while in the Secondary School category, Jalessa Lazarus of the Athens School of Education Ltd.

01:33Zachary's mother, Marisha Ransom, says life is all about balance as she encouraged parents
01:38to allow their children to take part in extra activities outside of the classroom.
01:43Keep on inspiring the children, do not let essay be a hinder to stop them from taking
01:48part in extracurricular activities.
01:50To me it balances them because that is exactly what balances Zachary.
01:53He looks forward to actually preparing for competitions after his lessons in the afternoon.
01:59Coming in second was young Kemani Hector Kalu who wowed the crowd with his swag and fancy

02:24And after taking the crown in the 2025 Junior Calypso Monarch, Zayden Darius placed third
02:32in this year's Junior Soka Monarch.
02:54In the secondary schools category after placing third last year, Jalisa Lazarus came through
03:02with an amazing performance to take home this year's Junior Soka Monarch title.
03:23Second and third place went to Marcus MacDonald and Dorian MacDonald.
