00:13And we have the perfect two wee gifts with Annie and Eliza.

00:19Staff here in the Ulster are incredible.

00:21They make all these moments really important for the parents.

00:25Valentine's Day is such an important moment for love for the whole family and these are

00:29the exceptional moments that staff make it important for the family.

00:33It was amazing to come in and see them this morning.

00:36I didn't expect it at all and it's great to see their wee footprints and to see them pretty

00:43much being near enough the same size despite their size difference, which was lovely.

00:47It's the memory making.

00:48It's those times where it can be stressful in the neonate unit and those little moments

00:52of love and attachment and bonding are so important for the parents.

00:56A lot of these parents didn't expect to be delivered today or even to arrive before this

01:00time so it's a little moment of hope and joy that brings to the families.

01:04You don't need anything when you've got them.
