Minority leader Kelvon Morris says under this current THA administration, Tobagonians can expect a bleak, uncertain Christmas, fueled by broken promises and a lack of meaningful progress. Mr. Morris spoke during Thursday's plenary sitting of the THA to treat with the budgetary shortfall for Tobago and the action being taken by the THA.

00:33Workers are living paycheck to paycheck, and many can't even survive a paycheck
00:41because their incomes are shrinking while the cost of living is, in fact, rising.
00:47Salaries under this administration are consistently late.
00:53Morris said there continues to be a legacy of failure under the Farley-Augustine-led THC.
