We head down to Lebowski’s in Finnieston to try a Jalisgow cheesecake, one of their specialty White Russians which uses a coffee tequila.

Hiya, this is a Jalisco cheesecake white Russian with Jalisco coffee tequila.

We've got 50ml of the coffee tequila.

25ml of Baileys, which isn't vegan but we can make one with panther milk instead.

And then we've got a 50-50 which is milk and double cream.

And then some squeeze cream on top, which again we have a vegan replacement for.

A little sprinkling of chocolate powder, caramel sauce and a slice of cheesecake.
