00:10 It's a bird. It's 50ml of the birds botanicals.

00:14 And it's 25ml of lime juice.

00:26 And 20ml of sage syrup.

00:33 We're going to shake it through this one.

00:39 So now we're going to top it off with this mixed berry foam.

01:04 And we're going to finish off with the sage leaf on the top.
