00:00In terms of the CPI, we are all aware that through a series of studies on the 12th Malaysia Plan,
00:10the government has set a target to reach the 25th, above the CPI in 2033,
00:18as stated in the document on civil economy.
00:22In accordance with the document, the government has agreed with the changes in the CPI task force
00:29that will be carried out by me.
00:32This task force, among other things, will analyze the survey data from the CPI
00:38as well as propose a strategy of institutional reformation and legislation,
00:44including the implementation of the SEMA and IMBA mechanisms.
00:49Therefore, I hope that today's session, which will end on the 27th of next month,
00:54will provide a high-quality educational content
00:59so that the results of this study can be promoted and referred to
01:05by all ministries, departments and agencies
01:08in building the foundation and initiative of total governance strengthening
01:13in their respective organizations.
01:16Remember that if the results of this study and education are not fully utilized
01:22for the benefit of the community,
01:25it will not bring any meaning.
01:28If it is not utilized in the form of implementation,
01:32then it will be beautiful.

01:41Ladies and gentlemen,
01:43Allow me to draw your attention to a section of the verse of the Qur'an from Surah Al-Ma'idah,
01:49verse 42.
01:51Allah SWT mentioned that
01:55they love to hear lies,
01:58they love to eat everything that is haram,
02:01such as adultery, etc.
02:04Imam Al-Balawi,
02:06a scholar and expert in interpretation,
02:09who is from the state of Kurasa, explained
02:12the meaning of this verse
02:14related to the Jewish judges,
02:18especially Ka'b Al-Ashraf
02:21and his followers who committed adultery
02:25and decided to punish those who committed adultery.
02:29In this regard,
02:31adultery has become the basis and the foundation of culture in the Jewish community at that time.
02:36This is what we worry about,
02:38when adultery becomes a culture and a foundation in the community,
02:42therefore,
02:44continuous efforts must be made for the perpetration of adultery,
02:48both in schools and in education,
02:51in the Jesuits through various initiatives and programs,
02:55and in the national level
02:57through various foundations and strategies,
03:00must always be carried out without fail.
03:04The National Adultery Strategy 2024-2028
03:08which includes 5 strategies and 60 sub-strategies
03:12which have been formalized by the ministers on 7 May 2024
03:17is one of the government's high-level manifestations
03:21in strengthening the rule of law, integrity and anti-corruption
03:26will continue to be the main focus.
03:29However, synergies, support and guidance are all very much needed
03:34to ensure that the government's strategies and foundations
03:38can be implemented effectively.
03:41Therefore, with the importance of analysis and research,
03:45the National Adultery Strategy 2024-2028
03:47has become a very meaningful platform
03:50and a high-level manifestation that needs to be utilized by all public officials
03:54and members of the Academy present
03:56to help identify the risks, trends and strategies
04:01in the development of the foundation.
