The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) is set to meet with the Defence Ministry on Wednesday (Jan 21) to strengthen governance and tackle corruption issues in military procurement and other areas.
MACC Chief Commissioner Tan Sri Azam Baki told a press conference on Thursday (Jan 15) that the discussions will focus on improving procurement processes, governance practices, and corruption prevention, while supporting efforts to “clean up” the Armed Forces using insights from past investigations.
