A comprehensive report on the AI productivity paradox — examining artificial intelligence’s impact on efficiency — will be presented at the Cabinet meeting early next month, says Chief Secretary to the Government Tan Sri Shamsul Azri Abu Bakar.
Speaking at the 4th National Governance, Integrity and Anti-Corruption Research Conference on Thursday (Sept 18), he said AI is becoming crucial in boosting public sector efficiency, especially in government services.
He added that Malaysia is targeting a top 25 spot in the Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI) by 2033, a key benchmark for investors and trade partners.
