00:00Assalamu'alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.
00:03Over the past two days, I have discussed the following issues.
00:08First, the value of the risk of corruption.
00:11It is one of the best strategies to deal with the issue of corruption.
00:17Second, the sharing of information and the integration of data
00:22through a network of collaborative strategies
00:24between relevant agencies and stakeholders
00:28must be implemented to strengthen the strategy to prevent and eradicate corruption.
00:34Third, a direct monitoring of the basis and the laws that have been developed
00:40and strongly help to increase the impact in the delivery of the service system.
00:46Fourth, strengthen the role of the media
00:50in ensuring that all stakeholders in each agency
00:54have the same understanding of the basis of the law
00:57and the management of integrity and anti-corruption initiatives
01:01as well as form a positive perception among stakeholders
01:05including domestic and foreign business entities,
01:10investors, and the general public.
01:13Fifth, the new digital era landscape
01:16requires the full use of technology
01:20to reduce unnecessary interference
01:23as well as to close the gap and opportunities to the risk of corruption
01:26across various sectors
01:28and finally, to deal with the relevant parties
01:32must always be present
01:35to ensure that the strategy implemented is truly effective
01:39and direct to the target group.
01:42The scope of the risk of corruption in various sectors
01:45and the implementation of the solution to the existing issues and challenges
01:50and the future, as outlined in this agenda,
01:55is important for the formation of a country's ecosystem free from corruption.
02:01There are many more fields that can be explored for educational purposes
02:05and I believe that the results of the research and education
02:08produced by all of you,
02:10both nationally and internationally,
02:13can be used as a reference material
02:16and can be used by all parties
02:19to deal with basic issues related to governance, integrity, and anti-corruption.
02:24Ladies and Gentlemen,
02:26We are all aware that one of the six pillars of Malaysia Madani
02:31is prosperity,
02:33which refers to economic, social, and natural prosperity
02:38through the culture of knowledge and a variety of perspectives.
02:42When he delivered his first speech at the World Bank Conference on Global Knowledge
02:47on 22 June 1997,
02:50the former UN Secretary-General, Melia Kofi Annan,
02:55said that one of the needs of a country's development
02:59is information and knowledge.
03:02That is the importance of knowledge that can promote the welfare of a country
03:07Throughout the course of the Tata Krola, Integrity, and Anti-Corruption Research,
03:12we have learned a lot from various sectors and perspectives.
03:17We hope that the results of these two sessions
03:21will be useful for the development of our respective organizations.
03:25This research and education session does not end here.
03:29I will bring the results of this session
03:32to the Tata Krola National or JTTTN special committee
03:37to be discussed at a later date.
